Raffles & Fairmont Doha are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking intern to join our team. This role focuses on administrative support, providing essential assistance to various departments while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
As an Intern, you will:
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English as needed.
Support departmental meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and distributing summaries in Arabic and English.
Handle inquiries from guests and staff, ensuring all communications in Arabic are professional and accurate.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
Uphold confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Assist with day-to-day operations and support team members in their tasks.
Participate in project development and assist in research, data collection, or reporting.
Help prepare presentations, reports, or marketing materials as needed.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas or suggestions for improvement.
Work closely with departments or teams on assigned projects or initiatives.
Help manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and documentation.
Perform tasks such as filing, organizing, or assisting in the preparation of events or conferences.
Learn about the company’s products, services, and internal processes.
Provide support during peak periods or special projects as needed.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic.
Basic proficiency in English for communication and coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
Previous experience or internship in an administrative role is an advantage.
Familiarity with luxury service standards is a plus.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
