Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple software projects to ensure timely and withinbudget delivery.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with the companys strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives deliverables and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project teams.
- Proven experience in program management within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
