Job Description

Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager

Location: Belgium Remote

Overview:Our client a global and wellestablished Security Solution provider is seeking an experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join their team in Belgium. This role is instrumental in identifying and developing business opportunities with both existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell the companys security solutions within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Tailor and present commercial and technical product demonstrations to current and potential customers.
  • Conduct activities to raise awareness of the companys offerings including existing and new solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (RFQs RFIs RFPs) and assess requirements.
  • Manage sales and business development for existing accounts as well as new channels across the full range of products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the security industry.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the CRM system to track interactions progress and service resolutions.

Success Measurements:

  • Generate a robust sales pipeline through designated partners including installation companies integrators monitoring stations and consultants.
  • Acquire new business and consistently meet or exceed agreedupon sales targets.
  • Train a defined number of installers quarterly to ensure product knowledge and usage.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently while being disciplined and efficient under remote management.
  • Relevant experience in selling technical systems and products (both hardware and software preferred) within the Security industry.
  • Established network with installers distributors and/or integrators.
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written with proficiency in presentations.
  • Handson approach with a willingness to be engaged at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the defined territory.
  • Fluency in Dutch French and English at an advanced business level (both written and spoken) is essential.
