- Working day: 5 days
- Location: Tuas shuttle provided and transport allowance is given

Job Scope:
- Execute maintenance and repairs on manual lathes and CNC machines.
- Coordinate with external service providers to manage and supervise repairs.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Identify and resolve machinery problems and implement efficient solutions.
- Keep precise records of maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of maintenance CNC Turning/ Milling/ Manual Lathe machines.

Position: InHouse Maintenance Service Engineer
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable InHouse Maintenance Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manual Lathe and CNC machinery and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing these machines. This role requires effective communication with external repair services to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Manual Lathe and CNC machinery.
- Liaise with external repair services to coordinate and oversee repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with Manual Lathe and CNC machinery.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred to effectively liaise with diverse teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
