Job Description
TrisianGlobal Consulting is seeking a fulltime permanent Director Medical/Surgical (RN) in Wilson North Carolina.
The Director of Medical/Surgical is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations
of the Medical/Surgical Care Unit ensuring the delivery of highquality patientcentered care. This role oversees all clinical and administrative functions including staffing regulatory compliance
and performance improvement initiatives. The Director collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes optimize workflows and maintain adherence to hospital policies state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required with Masters degree preferred
- Progressive leadership experience.
- Current RN Licensure (NC/Multistate)
