What Youll Do:
As an Entry Human Resources Manager you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring our team members have the best experience at MapleCraft Engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Assist in recruiting screening and selecting top talent for various roles.
Develop and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated concerns.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction productivity and retention.
Support diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the company.
HR Compliance & Policies
Maintain uptodate knowledge of labor laws and ensure company policies align with regulations.
Assist in handling employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee data and documentation.
Training & Development
Support learning and development initiatives for employees.
Assist in organizing workshops seminars and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Monitor employee growth and provide recommendations for career development.
HR Administration & Benefits Management
Assist with payroll processing benefits administration and leave management.
Handle employee inquiries related to compensation benefits and company policies.
Support HR analytics and reporting to improve HR strategies.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
13 years of experience in HR (internships or entrylevel HR roles included).
Strong understanding of HR best practices labor laws and compliance.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive detailoriented and teamfocused mindset.
