In a context of strong growth BBL Transport a fullyowned subsidiary of the BBL Group continues its development plan by creating the position of Operational Performance Controller.
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager you will be responsible for evaluating measuring and analyzing the profitability of activities and proposing necessary actions to improve economic performance to decisionmakers (CEO Directors/Agency and Service Managers).
To this end your tasks will include:
Develop productivity indicators for all activities (Operations Sales Customs etc.) to guide managers (daily weekly monthly)Monitor client profitability: Implement profitability analysis templates for clients and provide repricing recommendationsProduce analysis reports on the elements and their changes in the agencys operating accountImplement procedures for optimizing and managing the flow of financial informationIdentify risks and determine corrective actionsPrepare a budget and monitor its executionRaise awareness among managers about trends and advise them effectively to make operational management decisions

YOUR PROFILE INTERESTS US
Technical skills
- Higher education degree (Bac 5) with a specialization in finance
- At least 3 years of experience in management control
- Proficiency in office and communication tools
- Ability to create and share controlling tools/reports
- Knowledge of transport regulations
- Expertlevel proficiency in Excel and VBA
