You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Transport & Trade Compliance team has a worldwide overall responsibility for Sobis transports and to ensure that all pharmaceutical products are shipped according to the current regulations customs legislation and export control. The team also has an operational responsibility for the activities related to shipping as well as samples and other material for registration or launch purposes. Furthermore the department will support Sobi globally with expertise and deep knowledge in the areas of transportation and temperature control.
This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm Sweden reporting to the Head of Transport & Trade Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation coordination
Coordinate international shipments of temperature sensitive products. Coordinate with external consignors freight forwarders customs brokers and consignees as well as with colleagues from across the organization.
Maintain transport schedules report and investigate deviations/NCs and CAPAs
Invoice handling and followup on transportation costs
Maintain close and wellfunctioning relationships with external service provides mainly in the area of transportation and temperature control
Transport lanes selfinspections and cost control
Continuous improvement on established transport lanes
Assist with planning and carrying out implementation of new products and launches to new territories
Maintain a close relationship with Sobis preferred suppliers of transportation services such as forwarding agents warehouses and other stakeholders
Perform Restricted Party Screening and support the organization with questions related to Trade Compliance
Qualifications :

Key Qualifications
We are looking for you who balance the two components of being driven to move things forward and being very thorough. The work will require an immense focus on details; you will be reading writing analyzing data and scanning for information. An eye for details is crucial. Things happen fast they change and deadlines need to be met. You will need good communicational skills; an ability to attract and get people involved will help greatly.
Proven experience in logistics of temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products. Knowledgeable in temperature control customs procedures and GxP regulations.
Organizational skills are required as well as the ability to set your own time frames; to plan out work for both days weeks and months; an inner drive to advance in ones projects/tasks.
An ability to prioritize between shortterm urgencies and longterm improvements and an ability to adapt to the surroundings in an everchanging environment.
Skilled & fluent in both English and Swedish business language is required.
