Job Description
Job Title: Parts sales executive.
Location: Uganda Kampala
Job Description:
As a parts sales executive you will be responsible for parts sales for different brands and ensuring set targets are met as well as ensuring customer retention and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Process parts order to customer.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts.
- Provide pricing for parts to customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Raise invoices for parts sold.
- Reach out to customers in person for parts sales.
Requirements
Requirements.
- Proven experience as a spare part salesperson with a track record of achieving sales targets with at least 35 years.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Sound knowledge in dealing with parts knowledge and sales and marketing skill.
- Retail experience.
- Driving License
