Job Description
Lead and manage the fullcycle recruitment process for UAEbased roles.Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet business needs.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws visa requirements and employment regulations.Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters ensuring high performance and efficiency.Source screen and engage toptier candidates through job portals LinkedIn and networking.Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.Manage candidate experience ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring effectiveness and market trends.Negotiate job offers and salary packages in line with UAE compensation standards.Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce planning.
