Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Cyber Security Specialist you will play a critical role in protecting our organizations digital assets from cyber threats. You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our cyber security systems policies and procedures. You will also work closely with our IT team to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design implement and maintain our cyber security systems policies and procedures.
2. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
3. Develop and implement incident response plans to respond to security breaches.
4. Monitor our systems and networks for security threats and incidents.
5. Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the security of our systems and data.
6. Stay uptodate with the latest cyber security threats and trends.
7. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cyber security best practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cyber Security or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security preferably in Qatar.
3. Strong knowledge of cyber security principles threats and technologies.
4. Experience with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Cyber Security or related field.
2. Certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH.
3. Experience with security technologies such as firewalls intrusion detection systems and encryption.
4. Knowledge of Arabic language.
