Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute FEED and detailed design for both brownfield and greenfield projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Conduct piping stress analysis and prepare documentation such as piping flexibility reports nozzle load reports and pipe support load calculations.
- Oversee the material selection process for piping structures valves and buildings.
- Design and select static and rotary equipment including pressure vessels shell/tube heat exchangers storage tanks pumps and compressors.
- Perform design reviews for skids including stress and structural analysis.
- Apply handson experience in piping instrumentation and fabrication.
- Conduct technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis with additional experience in proposals tenders and bidding procedures considered a plus.
- Manage project procurement and costcontrolling activities.
- Handle vendor and subcontractor management ensuring interdiscipline coordination and effective conflict resolution.
- Manage change orders and develop goaloriented teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Masters or bachelors in mechanical engineering
- Handson experience in piping stress analysis and design reviews.
- Aspiring candidate must have 10 12 years of handson experience with static and rotary equipment including pressure vessels heat exchangers pumps and compressors.
- Gulf experience would be preferred.
- Must have an experience in integration & commissioning of mechanical equipment (skids is preferred)
Software Skills:
Must have an experience using the following software:
- CADWorx CAESAR II STAAD Pro Tekla AutoCAD
