The Digital Customer Experience (dCX) team creates consumergrade digital experiences and products that help our customers and partners be successful and realize the value of their ServiceNow investment. Leveraging the latest technologies and built on ServiceNows intelligent platform we deliver a seamless personalized experience at every step of our customers journey. The products we build power digital business for ServiceNow and can even become commercially available.
As a Software Engineer within Digital Technology you will build highquality secure code thats scalable and reusable. Grow our business by bringing internal products to the world and find new ways to simplify how employees and customers work. Implement software that empowers internal customers to extend what it can do to meet their specific needs as our own customer zero.
What you get to do in this role:
- Code Excellence: Build highquality scalable and reusable code while adhering to software engineering best practices (e.g. Code Reviews Unit Testing Continuous Integration).
- Analyze Data by collecting preprocessing and preparing datasets to support robust model training and evaluation.
- Own Development: Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own the endtoend development processfrom design and implementation to testing and delivering a highquality product.
- Innovate: Contribute to designing and launching new features and products while enhancing and refining the existing product suite.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience: 2 years of experience with technologies like Java JavaScript HTML CSS and Angular JS React etc. .
- Technical Skills: Strong frontend development capabilities and ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore engineers
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication exceptional documentation abilities and an aptitude for learning and collaboration.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on highimpact activities while staying organized and proactive.
- Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for research technology and driving forward AI/ML solutions in a dynamic environment.
