Job Objective:

This position will report to the Laboratory Manager in India with belowmentioned
main responsibilities. The work also involves coordination with other departments like the product development& product management team to gather inputs related to the test requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a variety of electrical mechanical and environmental tests and experiments in a test laboratory setting.
• Prepare and maintain the laboratory test procedures in line with standards/specifications.
• Maintenance of all the test laboratory equipment in readiness state and follow the test guidelines in the laboratory.
• Following the quality management system in the laboratory and maintain all documentation related to testing and procedures followed including reporting.
• Adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations.

Job Specification & Competencies:

• A graduate in electrical/electronic engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience in a test laboratory setup.
• Proficiency in handling laboratory test equipment related to mechanical electrical environmental testing.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Equipment troubleshooting abilities and an eye for detail.
• Good English skills both written and verbal.
• Good teamwork skills and communication.
• IT proficient in MSOffice Excel PowerPoint Word Teams etc.
