About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our growing Sales Operations team. In this role you will be the primary owner of our CRM tool stack ensuring that all sales processes are efficient optimized and aligned with the overall business goals. Youll work closely with both the sales and account management teams to maximize the potential of our CRM system and drive business performance.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- CRM Tool Management: Oversee and manage the CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot) ensuring it is properly configured to support the sales teams needs.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and uptodate customer data within the CRM system ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline workflows optimize sales processes and ensure CRM best practices are followed.
- Reporting & Insights: Support the creation of CRMdriven reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Training & Support: Assist in onboarding and training sales teams on CRM functionalities and new tool updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on CRM tool developments and best practices to improve system usage and adoption.
This role directly reports to the Sales Operations Managerand is based in our Barcelona office working in Central European Time hours.
Requirements to succeed in this role
- 12 years of experience in Sales Ops Rev Ops and other associated sales & revenue support functions preferably with exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes with a focus on improving efficiency and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Problemsolving mindset and a proactive attitude.
