Job Description
- Team setup define clear responsibility of the team members and continuous improvement.
- Competence improvement of team member and career development
- Target setting and performance management
- Yearly planning of MFE team e.g.
- HC planning shift planning and business planning
- Cost reduction project planning
- Quality competition CIP and I4.0 project planning

- Creation of BP EVOB and CF for Pooling cost centers and support planning of others.
Pooling
- Productivity improvement
- Improve equipment utilization and IDC of production line together.
- Participate daily Qbase meeting when necessary.
Qbase - Close cooperation with function team.
- Lead and responsible for overall planning and effective execution of TPM in production line.
- Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumable parts of production line.
- Oncall to support production if necessary.
- Owner of Equipment 5S and safety issue.
5S
Qualifications :
University major in mechanical or electrical.
masters degree or above
Not less than 7 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.
Not less than 5 years management experience.
Good cooperation ability to influence and motivation.
