Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The CSR will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing providing excellent support to customers and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Order Management: o Process customer orders submitted via our website ensuring they are successfully
imported into the system. o Review and validate orders in the ERP Order screen to identify and resolve any
errors. o Verify customer account standing status before approval.
Coordination:
o Work closely with the coworkers to resolve order related issues.
Documentation: o Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and
transactions. o Generate reports as required.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: o Previous experience in customer service order processing or a related field. o Data Entry / Computer Skills o Familiarity with an ERP system is preferred
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook). o Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Working Hours
o 6.30pm to 3.30am MF (align with US Est time 8am to 5pm)
