Job Description:
Responsible for handling Sales & Marketing activities for our Air Filter products & services especially selling to companies in HVAC industry.
Ensure prioritized & targeted business development across industry verticals and account size
Help drive the strategy and planning efforts to drive the product roadmap increase awareness and accelerate customer demand
Gotomarket planning and execution responsibilities include developing sales tools support training and enablement; pricing; and marketing campaign and event support
Ensure sales plan execution through required review processes:
Daily weekly and monthly review with sales team which is agenda based to drive sales closure productivity learning and knowledge sharing
Analytics driven sales planning and reviews
Ensure regular internal reviews with business owners and drive the "Customer First" agenda internally
Own key large customer relationships as an individual contributor. Implement Business Unit sales and marketing strategies
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques and businesstobusiness marketing
Team building:
1. Build Manage Train and Retain a highperformance Pan India Sales team
2. Adapt and implement sales support strategy.
3. Proactively lead develop and coach the Sales Support team.
4. Provide necessary support to reduce nonproductive activities for the sales team
5. Implement structure processes within the sales team
6. Ensure motivation along with accountability within the team
7. Reinforce and live by example regarding ensuring the highest level of compliance and ethical business behaviour.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Education: ME (Mechanical) MBA preferred
2. Total work experience: 17 years which includes 4 5 years of sales experience in selling products to Heating Ventilation & AirConditioning companies.
3. Experience in selling to companies like Blue Star Carrier Daikin Johnson Controls LG General Electric Mitsubishi Electric Voltas etc is a plus point.
4. Industrial sales experience required. He / She should possess minimum 3 4 years of experience in managing/handling a team
