You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join the M&A Integration Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Join the team that protects and enables Delivery Heros growth. In the M&A Integration team as part of the Legal Governance and Assurance Team youll play a key role in driving integration and separation processes in M&A and driving other structuring projects. Your work will help mitigate risks and ensure were positioned for sustainable longterm successmaking you a key contributor to our mission of delivering amazing experiences worldwide.
Manage integration and divestment projects globally across diverse functions and entities including support functions (eg finance legal people) and product and tech ensuring alignment with legal operational and strategic requirements.
Develop and execute detailed project plans clearly defining deliverables timelines and task ownership for seamless migration or separation.
Provide regular updates on project progress challenges and milestones to the team and key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders across DH to align strategies and drive successful outcomes.
Review and provide input on transaction agreements including transitional service agreements advising on optimal strategies for migration or separation.
Identify opportunities to maximize acquisition value and partner with M&A teams to refine processes share insights and continuously improve DHs best practices.
Qualifications :
You have at least 7 years of professional experience in an international company with M&A integrationrelated tasks and projects.
You have a solid understanding of Project Management methodologies.
You are a processoriented person and have a problemsolving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and handson mentality.
You are highly skilled at building relationships and influencing people to move towards a target.
You have strong communication skills in English.
You are able to work effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
You work cooperatively with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
You are willing to travel up to 20% of your working time.
You are highly motivated very pragmatic able to work independently and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects.
Previous experience using Google Suite and Smartsheet for project planning is valued.
