Requirements
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients oral health including bone density gum condition and overall oral structure to determine candidacy for full mouth reconstruction or any other medical conditions that hinder healing.
Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs considering factors such as existing dental issues medical history and desired outcomes and providing them with an insight on the dental problems the patient has while educating them on the Dion Health comprehensive philosophy.
Implant Placement: Perform precise and skillful placement of dental implants using advanced surgical techniques ensuring optimal positioning for stability and longterm success.
Bone and Tissue Regeneration: Employ techniques for bone grafting and tissue regeneration as needed to augment and prepare the jawbone for implant placement ensuring adequate support and integration.
Prosthodontic Restoration: Design and fabricate prosthetic restorations such as crowns bridges or implantsupported dentures that seamlessly integrate with natural teeth and implants to restore function and aesthetics.
Surgical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in various surgical procedures including AllonFour zygomatic implants and pterygoids when necessary for complex cases requiring extensive reconstruction.
Use of Advanced Technology: Utilize advanced dental technology such as computeraided design (CAD) software like Exocad cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and intraoral scanners to enhance treatment planning and execution.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other dental specialists including periodontists oral surgeons and prosthodontists to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment approaches and ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Patient Education and Communication: Educate patients about their treatment options procedures involved and postoperative care instructions fostering informed decisionmaking and ensuring compliance with treatment plans.

- Reconstructive follow up visits
- Managing implant patients
- Excellent bedside manner required
- Knowledge of bio mimetic dentistry
- Digital Workflow and Conversion Experience
- Team building attitude
- CEREC
- Reading CT scans
- Taking care of comprehensive care patients
- Surgeries on full mouth reconstruction cases
- CA state dental license
