Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Professional to join our client a leading brand in the Hungarian beauty industry. This role focuses on selling highquality cosmetic products to beauty centers salons and beauticians across Hungary. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and a proven track record in B2B sales this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Description:


The B2B Sales Professional will be responsible for expanding our clients market presence within Hungary by building and maintaining strong relationships with key players in the beauty industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the local cosmetics market a clientfocused approach and the ability to drive sales growth through effective strategies and communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients including beauty centers salons and independent beauticians across Hungary.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets within the Hungarian market.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Master the companys product portfolio to effectively communicate benefits and provide training to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports analyze client feedback and provide insights into sales performance within Hungary.

Requirements:


  • Experience: years of B2B sales experience preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry within Hungary.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the Hungarian market.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Language: Fluent in Hungarian; basic English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated customerfocused flexible and a strong team player.
