System Administrator
Configuring And Maintenance of Network devices Computer Hardware Troubleshooting Remote Desktop configuration Remote Troubleshooting Basic knowledge about SAP and Tally ERP Hardware and Software Installation IP Addressing Computer Hardware Computer Repair Laptop Repair Monitoring of EPABX system UPS and DG Monitoring.
- Windows servers monitoring.
- Email Configuration to the end users
- Configuration and Maintenance of Cisco Switches and Access points
- Monitoring of EPABX System and Scheduling timely maintenance
- Technical support for desktops laptops and peripherals
- SAP and Tally ERP installation to the End users
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components on desktops and laptops
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems applications and hardware
- Perform routine maintenance tasks updates and patches to optimize desktop performance
- Set up and configure new desktops and laptops for users
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Handson knowledge of crimping LAN cables and cabling
- Configure and manage WiFi routers and access points
- Installation and configuring of Network printers Copiers and BAR Code Printers.
- UPS and DG Monitoring and scheduling timely maintenance.
- Scheduling preventive maintenance and monitoring of Installed Equipments
