You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated Operations Excellence Manager to drive operational improvements across our core verticals. This role will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management as well as motivation to go on fields and get first-hand experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve overall performance and reduce delivery times.
Identify and implement best practices across all operational processes.
Analyze data to uncover operational inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Supply teams to align on operational priorities and execute cross-collaborative projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Develop and Implement Process Improvement Strategies:
Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across all business functions, using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure consistent application of operational excellence techniques across all levels of the organization.
Operational Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, then develop and implement corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads (e.g., production, logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment of operational excellence initiatives with overall business goals.
Foster collaboration and communication across teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in food tech or a similar industry.
Proven track record of leading operational improvement projects.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Operational Excellence Expertise:
Strong experience in driving continuous improvement within operations, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Proven track record of process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement in an operations environment.
Process Improvement Methodologies:
Expertise in applying process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive operational performance.
Experience in conducting process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making to enhance business operations.
Leadership and Team Management:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects that require coordination across multiple departments (e.g., operations, logistics, production, finance).
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
