(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing:
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.
Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze operational data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency.
Reporting and Dashboard Management:
Develop and maintain regular operational reports and dashboards to track performance and highlight issues.
Present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize business operations.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies within operational processes, propose improvements, and assist with their implementation.
Assist in the design and implementation of new workflows or operational systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Support Operational Decision-Making:
Provide actionable insights from data to support decision-making in day-to-day operations.
Use data analysis to inform key operational strategies, resource allocation, and risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.
3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools and in Microsoft Power Point.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Operations Management Knowledge:
Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, process optimization, production planning, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with industry-specific processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve business processes and performance.
Proficiency in using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence software for data manipulation and reporting.
Process Optimization:
Proven track record in streamlining business processes and implementing efficiency improvements.
Experience in process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions to improve overall operational efficiency.
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach operational challenges logically and creatively.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and develop solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Full-time
