Roles and responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Take ownership of ensuring every restaurant partner reaches its peak operational performance by optimizing workflows, reducing preparation times, and enhancing service quality.
- Design and implement operational strategies that bring total restaurant preparation times (from order acceptance to handover) down to 10 minutes or less.
- Standardize best practices across restaurants to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Performance Optimization:
- Use data and insights to proactively improve restaurant performance metrics, including preparation time, order accuracy, fail rate, and fulfillment rates.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that empower restaurants to excel, even during peak demand.
- Work directly with restaurants to foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the Product Team to enhance restaurant-facing tools, enabling seamless and efficient operations.
- Work closely with the Logistics Team to optimize driver arrival times and handoff processes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to address customer feedback and continuously improve restaurant satisfaction rates.
- Align with the Partnership Team to set clear expectations and commitments with restaurant partners.
- Support the Compliance Team to ensure restaurants meet Snoonu’s operational and quality standards.
Technology and Innovation:
- Drive integrations with POS systems, Snoonu’s app, and website, streamlining operations and reducing manual errors
- Lead efforts to introduce self-service tools that empower restaurants to manage their operations independently.
- Leverage emerging technologies, such as AI-based demand forecasting and predictive analytics, to enhance restaurant efficiency.
Customer-Centric
- OperationsEnsure every operational improvement aligns with delivering a world-class customer experience, maintaining satisfaction levels above 95%.
- Develop processes to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring seamless

- Lead initiatives to improve restaurant capacity during high-demand periods, ensuring scalability without compromising quality or speed.

Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing team that supports restaurant operations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop restaurant partners, providing them with the tools, insights, and guidance to optimize their operations.
