The Role:
Operational and strategic support in Project Management and Communication for an Interreg North Sea Region EU funded project led by Innovation Skne.
Description:
External expertise related to Communication Support and Project Management Support to ensure that the project and the partnership manage executes and reports the project in the implementation phase in full compliance with the Interreg rules during the whole project period.
Our client is looking for a supplier that has the expertise to deliver a total support of both strategic and operational Communication Support and Project Management Support to the project. This is important since the project content is highly connected to communication activities which makes it essential for the supplier to have an overview and deep understanding of both project activities and communication activities at the same time. Hence they are asking for an expertise team consisting of at least 3 persons at the supplier.
Strategic Support to the Project:
- Support Lead Partner WPleaders and Partners to meet key milestones and keep activities on track against the project plan.
- Prepare support and keep a road map and timeline updated to make sure everything is on track in the WPs.
- Support Partners to plan correct budget and resources.
Project and Progress Management Support:
- Support Lead Partner with consortium governance e.g. planning and preparing teleconferences Steering Committee meetings Management Team meetings Partner Meetings
- Support Steering Committee to keep Risk Management Plan updated
- Support Steering Committee in keeping the WPs aligned and that the sequential activities in the WPs are implemented correctly to minimise or prevent work plan delays in other tasks
- Support in preparing project activities e.g. workshops focus groups and support in facilitating when needed
Other tasks to ensure progress and smooth project executiong. documentation and distributing conclusions and action points from meetings.
Administrative and Regulatory Support to the Project:
- Support Partners with all Interreg requirements
- Support Partners with contact for Joint Secretariat together with the Lead Partner
- Prepare and support Partners to keep a project progress report updated
- Support Partners in the 6monthly reports coordination(financial claims and project progress reports)
- Support Partners in the final project report
General Helpdesk for Partners:
- Setup and coordinate online management tools
- Technical support/knowledge on Interreg platform
Communication Activities coordinated with the Lead Partner:
- Support regular local regional national and transnational communication activities among Partners and stakeholders having sent Letters of Intent
- Support Communication Manager WPleaders and Partners in the creation and implementation of the communication strategy
- Support Communication Manager with designing an Activity reporting document where each Partner can log relevant communications activities to be shared on project channels.
- Support Lead Partner and Partners in the creation and execution of communication and press/media project material communication activities creating updating communication channels website and tracking updates.
- Support Communication Manager to prepare and plan regular meetings with the Partners communication managers
- Keep Lead Partner and Partners updated on Interreg communication requirements
- Support on raising awareness of the project
Must have:
- Proven experience in EU North Sea Region project setup management and communication. Including trasnational collaboration
- Experience and footprint at a pan European level
- Experience conducting projects within the health and digital health domain
- Expert team of at least 3 people
Should have:
- Capacity to provide a multidisciplinary and multilevel team
- Financial stability and solvence
- Capacity to react to additional needs if require
