Job Description
- Deal with the organizations telephonic conversations with utmost diligence and punctuality.
- Identify customers needs clarify information research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.
- Develop longterm contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
- Manage a comprehensive call center record by storing data related to all incoming and outgoing official telephonic conversations.
- Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible minimizing customer wait/ hold time.
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Good command of verbal communication skills to intrigue the listener and provide accurate information.
- Showing high efficiency along with handling several tasks in the daily routine.
- Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting
