This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify highvalue keywords and phrases to target. Understand user intent and tailor content to meet those needs.
3. Website Optimization: Ensure that the companys website is optimized for search engines including onpage optimization (like meta tags headings and content quality) and technical optimization (like site speed mobilefriendliness and website architecture).
4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is SEOfriendly and aligns with overall SEO strategy. Advise on content marketing strategies to improve search visibility.
5. Link Building: Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and report on SEO performance. Analyze data to identify trends successes and areas for improvement.
7. Competitor Analysis: Regularly perform competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Identify and capitalize on gaps in competitor strategies.
8. SEO Trends and Updates: Stay uptodate with the latest SEO trends search algorithm updates and best practices. Continuously adapt and refine SEO strategies accordingly.
9. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with other departments such as marketing sales and web development to ensure a cohesive and effective online strategy.
10. Team Management and Training: Lead and manage any SEO team members providing training and guidance to ensure highquality work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successful SEO strategy implementation.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
