(Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Our product and engineering department is looking for a mid-to-senior level Software Engineer (f/m/d) to work with us on improving our product. We are looking for a person who is driven, curious, has a passion for technology and has a get-things-done mindset.

YOUR TASKS

• Creating new web services and features for the InstaMotion Platform;
• Develop, refine, and fine-tune integrations between applications;
• Working as a member of one of our cross-functional, agile teams;
• Working closely together with Product Managers and other members from cross-functional teams;
• Cross functional collaboration with stakeholders from other functions like marketing, business intelligence and sales;

OUR TECH STACK
JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL (with Apollo), AWS, Serverless Framework, Docker, microservices architecture

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• You have demonstrable experience as a Software Engineer with solid knowledge of JavaScript and React.js;
• You have good understanding of Next.js, TypeScript and GraphQL;
• You are proficient in software design principles & patterns (you live by YAGNI, SOLID, KISS, DRY, etc.);
• You advocate for automation and well-tested code (we use Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library);
• You pay close attention to code quality and testing;
• You are a team player;
• You have collaborated in a geographically distributed team setup;
• You have good English and german speaking skills.
