Role
*Lead Management & Client Pitching*
- Actively research & generate clientele lists to build the pipeline
- Identify and prioritize key contacts and engage prospects through multiple channels
- Regularly attend industry events, network and build industry relationships
- Produce detailed proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
- Pitch to clients about our company services and offerings
*Account Management*
- Prepare contracts and quotations to close potential deals
- Maintain client relationships by providing support and information
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to structure service bundles
- Stay on top of industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities
*Administrative Duties*
- Ensure prompt response to enquiries/or resolution to customer complaints
- Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients
- Maintain sales activity records in CRM
- Manage sales cycle process from initial contact to customer acquisition
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, with preference in the software sector (corporate education experience a plus)
- Clear demonstration of success in hitting sales targets and working on tight timelines
- Experience in enterprise technology sales and contacts in the legal tech and banking tech space preferred
- Experience in education sales and/or tech industry a plus
- Strong management and communication skills
- Excellent salesmanship and networking skills, competent in presentations and demonstrations
- Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customer make buying decisions
- Tenacious and goal-oriented, collaborative and team oriented
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Highly accountable and takes ownership of one s own work
