YOU ROLE

Japans contract logistics operations present significant opportunities for operational improvement requiring talent who can combine data analysis onsite operational understanding and a global mindset.

The VIE program enables CEVA to develop future operations leaders rather than filling shortterm operational gaps:

• Data analysis of warehouse KPIs (productivity quality safety cost)
• Planning and execution support for Lean/Continuous Improvement
• Promoting improvement actions in collaboration with on-site supervisors & teams
• Operation design support for new customers and new start-ups

ABOUT YOU

• Masters degree in supply chain Logistics Business or related field
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Fluent in English
