Job Description
As a General Installation Coordinator (GIC) within the Upgrade Install and Relocation (UIR) organization you will coordinate the logistical material site-readiness and administrative activities that enable safe and predictable ASML system installations upgrades and relocations at customer sites in Japan.
The role focuses on project preparation both SAP-based and non-SAP material coordination badging and site access safety training readiness stakeholder communication and installation close-out. You will work closely with project teams customer representatives our partner TRUMPF supply chain management (CSCM) global operation center (GOC) In Fab Logistics EHS local planners IT service coordinators and other internal and external functional teams to keep installation execution moving smoothly.
This position is suitable for candidates who are structured proactive and comfortable coordinating many moving parts under changing project conditions. A successful GIC brings ownership clear communication careful documentation and the ability to connect people systems and processes across local and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparelaptopsfor ASML andTRUMPF andarrange badging or site access for project team members before and during installation execution.
- Check ASML and customer safety training validity including Japan full harness and coordinate required training with local planners and the EHS team.
- Handle SAP material confirmations and create material notifications (MNs) for defective incomplete or contaminated materials including follow-up with the In Fab Logistics team.
- Order and track pre-defined list (PDL) materials and disturbance service order (SO) materials and align with CSCM and GOC on material status priorities and issue resolution.
- Manage delivery and return flows for non-SAP materials such as virgin wafers and tool wafers as well as local UIR assets such as system installation gadgets and chairs.
- Manage SOs together with other coordinators and technically complete (TECO) material return after the installation is completed.
- Drive continuous improvement by localizing and structuring ways of working improving handover quality and supporting effective customer communication.
- Coordinate logistical and material-related activities with project manager project lead coordinators (TIC/SIC/MIC) generalists engineers safetyforemen service coordinators customers TRUMPF IT CSCM In Fab Logistics and the local CS team.
- Maintainaccuratetracking of project actions owners material topics site-readiness items and close-out tasks to support predictable installation delivery.
- Travel to and adapt to different customer sites acrossJapan andcollaborate closely with local external functional teams in a dynamic installation environment.
Required Qualifications
- English Fluent or Native level
- Japanese Intermediate or above *Customer communication is typically conducted in Japanese
- Strong planning organization communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure in a complex and fast-changing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams and project tracking tools.

Remark
You will work with customer sites across Japan and collaborate with global ASML teams. Domestic business trips to customer sites can occur depending on project needs and occasional international business trips may be required. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy coordinating complex projects communicating across cultures and driving execution in a high-tech environment.
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
