本ポジションは世界的な高級不動産ブランドであるChristies International Real Estateの一員として拡張性があり高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる不動産仲介体制の構築に重要な役割を果たします

オペレーション部門の中核メンバーとして各拠点がエージェントおよび顧客に対し一貫性法令遵守効率性を兼ね備えたサポートを提供できるよう支援します

また全国で統一された契約管理体制を構築し業務プロセスの標準化と継続的な改善を推進していただきます


主な業務内容

オペレーション標準化

  • 契約管理取引管理コンプライアンスに関する標準業務手順書SOPの策定運用改善
  • 契約締結前の調査契約書の作成管理取引完了までの各種契約関連業務を担当

コンプライアンス

  • 日本の不動産関連法令およびChristies International Real Estateのブランド基準を遵守
  • 契約スケジュールを管理し取引上のリスク低減を推進

パフォーマンス管理

  • KPI重要業績評価指標およびSLAサービスレベル合意の策定管理レポーティング
  • 全国のオペレーション品質および業務効率の向上を支援

テクノロジー導入

  • CRMシステム物件管理掲載システムコンプライアンスチェックリスト等の導入運用を推進
  • テクノロジーを活用し業務効率化とスケーラビリティ向上を実現

事業拡大支援

  • 会社の成長計画に沿った新規拠点新規市場への展開を支援
  • 宅建業免許取得更新手続き法令対応および各種許認可業務をサポート

社内連携

  • H2グループの財務法務IT部門との窓口として連携
  • 東京オフィスのオペレーション目標達成に向け部門横断的なサポートを調整


応募資格

  • 不動産オペレーション分野で5年以上の実務経験複数拠点または国際的な環境での経験があれば尚可
  • 日本の不動産関連法令および規制に関する深い知識
  • オペレーション体制や業務プロセスの構築改善実績
  • CRM電子署名システム不動産取引システム等の利用経験
  • 複数拠点のチームと円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力およびリーダーシップ
  • 優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力および変革推進能力
  • 日本語必須英語日本語のバイリンガル歓迎
  • 宅地建物取引士資格保有者

Position : Senior Contract Manager Real Estate Operations

Location: Tokyo


Position Overview

H2 Christies International Real Estate is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Contract Manager Real Estate Operations to support and standardize back-office compliance and transactional operations across our offices in Japan including Tokyo and future expansion markets.

This role is instrumental in building a scalable high-performance luxury real estate brokerage under the prestigious Christies brand.

As a key operational support professional you will help ensure that our offices deliver consistent compliant and efficient support to agents and clients.

You will play a pivotal role in integrating systems and processes across locations while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

A key focus of this role is to establish repeatable and standardized contract administration practices across all offices.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Standardization

  • Develop and enforce comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract administration transaction management and compliance functions across all offices.
  • Take responsibility for contract-related tasks including pre-contract investigations contract drafting and management and procedures through to transaction completion.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Japanese real estate laws and Christies International Real Estate brand standards.
  • Proactively manage contractual timelines and support risk mitigation.

Performance Management

  • Establish track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support optimal operational performance and service quality across the business.

Technology Implementation

  • Oversee the rollout and adoption of key platforms and tools including CRM systems listing platforms and compliance checklists.
  • Drive greater efficiency and scalability through the effective use of technology.

Strategic Expansion Support

  • Support new market entries in line with company growth objectives.
  • Assist with licensing procedures renewals regulatory preparedness and related compliance requirements.

Corporate Liaison

  • Serve as a key interface with H2 Groups Finance Legal and IT departments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for Tokyo operational goals.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in real estate operations preferably in a multi-regional or international setting.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese real estate law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable operational systems and processes.
  • Experience with CRM platforms digital signature tools and real estate transaction technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong project management and change leadership capabilities.
  • Japanese proficiency is mandatory; bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
  • A valid Real Estate Transaction Specialist licence is required.
