Therapy Director, Japan

The Therapy Director is the organizational lead for Market Development and Market Penetration being a main interface between Sirtex and its customers

Candidates must already live and be legally authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship and have the required experience listed below

SCOPE:

• Plan and execute the training programs that drive adoption proper utilization and clinical excellence
• Drive the commercial success by collaborating on marketing programs and executing impactful field-based initiatives including Continuous Customer Education
• Help Sirtex achieve its sales objectives by prospecting and initiating new accounts and servicing existing accounts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Market Development & Penetration Plan
• Develop relationships in all areas of the hospital that are key to Sirtex.
• Deliver selling presentations including on site product demonstrations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of regional marketing events including physician education programs symposia conferences and internal meetings.
• Providing clinical and technical support to various Clinicians and other staff during procedures
• Collaborate with Internal/External partners to lead Commercialization Readiness Project
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs Tean in preparing Training Plan for New Account and to execute the plan
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to adapt and develop marketing materials campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Track budget and expenditures for assigned projects ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications :

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 years experience in marketing medical education/training or medical device sales required. Experience in Medical Procedure Coverage preferred (i.e. Interventional Radiology (IR) Operating Room (OR) Cath Lab Office-based or related)
• Demonstrated initiative creativity and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization time management and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through will make you more successful.
• Effective project management and administration skills
• Highly organized exhibiting meticulous attention to detail excellent record keeping
• Excellent verbal written and analytical skills and ability to interact effectively with Sirtex staff
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory.
• Ability to effectively interact with a variety of health care professionals including the ability to articulate a clinical sales message.
