Technical Services Manager, Animal Nutrition & Health

The Tech Services Manager will deploy technologies by supporting interactions with customers and helping them understand how the organization can provide solutions that address their needs and create this role you will apply technical expertise and industry knowledge to support customer success business growth and the adoption of innovative nutritional and technology-based solutions.

Serve as a technical expert for animal nutrition solutions specialty ingredients and related technologies.

Communicate the scientific principles mode of action and value proposition of products technologies and solutions with internal and external technical specialist

Support customers in identifying and addressing challenges through practical and holistic solutions that create customer value.

Partner with commercial teams to support customer engagement product validation market development and successful deployment of solutions.

Design coordinate and evaluate product verification trials and other activities that generate customer value and support business growth.

Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned.

主な職務内容

• 動物栄養分野における技術専門家として栄養ソリューション機能性原料関連技術に関する専門知識を提供する
• 製品や技術に関する科学的根拠や実証データ導入価値を理解しお客様および社内関係者に分かりやすく説明する
• お客様の課題やニーズを深く理解し実践的かつ包括的なソリューションを提案することで顧客価値の向上を支援する
• 営業チームと連携しながら顧客との関係構築製品評価市場開発新たなソリューションの導入定着を推進する
• 製品やソリューションの有効性を検証する試験実証活動を企画運営評価し製品価値の創出と事業成長に貢献する
• 社内外の関係者に対し技術トレーニングや知識共有を実施する
• その他事業運営上必要な関連業務を担当する

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of related work experience in animal nutrition feed formulation or livestock production systems

Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English and collaboration skills

Experience in tech-commercial (customer facing) roles

Knowledge of feed additives specialty ingredients and related technologies

• 動物栄養飼料設計または畜産分野における2年以上の実務経験
• 業務上必要な英語コミュニケーション能力読み書き会話
• 社内外の関係者と円滑に協働できるコミュニケーション能力

• 飼料添加物機能性原料および関連技術に関する知識経験
