The Technical Service Engineer Product & Fusion (Welding) Machine Support provides technical support for GF Japans piping systems and Fusion (Welding) machines. This role focuses on product-related and machine-related technical support including setup basic adjustment and on-site assistance for Fusion (Welding) machines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for GF piping products and Fusion (Welding) machines
Support installation commissioning and basic adjustment of Fusion (Welding) machines at customer sites
Respond to technical inquiries related to product applications machine operation and usage
Provide on-site technical assistance during customer trials test runs and initial operations
Support Fusion (Welding) machine demonstrations at customer sites exhibitions and technical seminars when required
Prepare inspect and perform basic maintenance of demo and support machines
Act as a technical support contact in collaboration with senior engineers sales and application teams
Required Qualifications
Basic technical knowledge in mechanical electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent practical experience
Strong interest in product support and technical support for industrial machinery
Willingness to work directly with customers and provide on-site technical support
Ability and willingness to travel domestically for customer support activities
