具体的な業務内容

• 日本国内の社内外関係者に対しファクトリーオートメーション製品またはプロセスオートメーション製品防爆仕様のトレーニングおよびアプリケーションサポートを提供する

• プリセールス製品トレーニングフィールドテストアプリケーションレポートQSMおよびRMA手続きに関する知識の習得体系化および運用プロセスの確立維持を行う

• 顧客アプリケーションにおける個別要件に対し技術的なトラブルシューティングおよびサポートを実施する

• 地域およびグローバルの関係者と密に連携を取り情報共有やフィードバックの活性化を図るとともに効果的なチームワークを推進する特に日本シンガポールドイツ間の連携を重視

• 新製品のローンチイベントを企画実施しさまざまなアプリケーションおよび業界から市場フィードバックを収集する

• 顧客訪問セミナー展示会等に向けた製品デモンストレーションの企画設計を行う

• マーケティング資料および技術文書の翻訳校正を支援しローカライズ対応を行う

• その他必要に応じてマネジメントから指示された業務を遂行する

必要な条件

学歴:

電子工学機械工学工業工学または同等の学位

語学力:

日本語ネイティブ 英語中級TOEICのスコア600点以上が望ましい

経験:

(必須条件)

• 電子機器若しくは部品メーカでフィールドアプリケーションエンジニアのご経験(2年以上)

• 顧客へのサポートおよび社内での折衝業務のご経験

• 海外のエンジニアとのコミュニケーションメールベース

歓迎条件

• pythonやCを使用した評価用ソフト開発のご経験

• PLC等のプログラミングのご経験

• 産業用ネットワークに関する知識をお持ちの方

• オシロスコープ等を使用した電子機器解析のご経験

• FAファクトリーオートメーションまたはPAプロセスオートメーション業界でのフィールドサポート経験

その他要件:

• 高いコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方

• チームでの協働はもちろん自律的に業務を進められる方

• 課題解決に前向きに取り組み柔軟な発想で物事を考えられる方
