業務内容

サージカル担当製品の市場認知獲得販売促進シェア拡大新製品発売準備のために自らがリーダーとなって担当製品のビジネスをリードする

• 短中長期的なブランド戦略の構築と実行
• 競合製品との差別化を図り効果的に製品を市場へ浸透させ最大の売上を確保するための戦略の立案と実行
• プロダクトライフサイクルマネジメント
• 市場分析製品の販促活動
• 売り上げ予測の作成
• 学術セミナーの企画実施KOLとのコミュニケーション
• 市場啓発活動
• 国内外の関連部門との連携

必要スキル経験

• 大卒以上
• メディカルデバイス業界でのマーケティング経験
• 英語力海外関係部署とのコミュニケーションに支障がないレベル
• プレゼンテーション能力PCスキル含
• エクセルでの情報処理能力
• 明確に意思疎通を図れるコミュニケーションスキル
• 業界を取り巻く市場環境を把握しアルコン製品のシェアを広げる為のオープンな想像力とそれをリアルな現状に落とし込み戦略を考えられる力
• 困難な状況に対してもポジティブに考察し改善案を粘り強く提案できる力
• 数字を分析しそこから次のアクションにつなげられる力

Key Responsibilities

Lead the business of assigned surgical products to drive market awareness sales promotion market share expansion and new product launch readiness

• Develop and execute short- mid- and long-term brand strategies
• Develop and execute strategies to differentiate from competitors effectively penetrate the market and maximize revenue
• Manage product lifecycle
• Conduct market analysis and promotional activities
• Develop sales forecasts
• Plan and execute scientific seminars and communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Lead market development activities
• Collaborate with related functions both domestically and globally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above
• Marketing experience in the medical device industry
• Business-level English proficiency (sufficient for communication with global stakeholders)
• Presentation skills (including PC skills)
• Data processing and analytical skills using Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas
• Ability to understand market dynamics think creatively to expand product share and translate ideas into actionable strategies
• Ability to remain positive in challenging situations and persistently propose improvements
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable next steps
• Logical thinking ability
