職務内容
- お客様を挨拶し製品を見つけるお手伝いをする
- お客様の問い合わせに応じ製品やサービスに関する情報を提供する
- レジを操作し取引を正確に処理する
- 棚やディスプレイを含む店舗の清潔さと整頓を維持する
- 商品を棚に並べ適切に表示およびタグ付けする
- 入荷商品の受け取りと検証の手助けをする
- 販売返品交換に関する企業のポリシーと手順に従う
- チームメンバーと協力して店舗の目標を達成する
- 店舗のセキュリティを維持し事件や不審な活動を報告する
- お客様により良いサポートをするために製品やサービスの知識を常に向上させる

Job Summary: As a Store Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their shopping experience ensuring a positive and memorable visit. You will provide excellent customer service maintain store cleanliness and organization and contribute to achieving store targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assist them in finding products.

2. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

3. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including shelves and displays.

5. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and tagged.

6. Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise.

7. Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales returns and exchanges.

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.

9. Uphold store security and report any incidents or suspicious activities.

10. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
