Key Responsibilities

• アナログ設計チームの一員として新製品の開発を実施するアナログブロック設計またの上位階層のサブブロック設計を担当
• デジタルレイアウトチームと協調しながらのアナログブロック設計
• LDOバンドギャップチャージポンププリドライバーなどアナログ回路の設計
• シミュレーション検証ツールの使用
• 若手エンジニアの育成に寄与

• Work within the analog design team for new product development. Design analog blocks or higher-level sub-blocks.
• Work closely with digital and layout teams for the design analog blocks.
• Designing analog circuits such as LDOs bandgap regulators charge pumps pre-drivers..
• Using simulation and verification tools.
• Contributing to the development of young engineers as mentor

Qualifications :

MUST

• 博士または35年以上の実務経験のある修士または 学士
• 回路図エディタSPICE シミュレータ (または同等のトランジスタ レベル回路シミュレータ)Virtuoso などの CAD ツールが使える
• CMOSプロセス技術とデバイス物理特性を理解している
• 計画立案ができ且つ自発的に行動できる
• チームメイトとの協調性を有する

• Doctor degree or Master or bachelor degree holder with  3-5 year work experience
• Familiar with CAD tools such as schematic capture SPICE simulator (or equivalent transistor level circuit simulator) Virtuoso;
• Understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics;
• Highly organized and self-motivated;
• Ability to work well with teammates.

WANT

• 車載製品またはアプリケーションの開発経験
• IPD製品設計経験

• Experience designing IPD products
