Job Description
Role: Deployment Engineer - Subscriber & Signalling
Job Details: We are primarily looking for a resource with prior knowledge in deploying Subscriber and Signalling/SDM/SDL Nodes on Telco Clouds (4G/5G).
Skills:
Technical:

Good working experience in Linux VMWare Dockers & Containers OpenStack Openshift

Should have prior experience in deploying Subscriber & Signalling nodes as Bare Metal Nodes/VNFs/CNFs.

Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark etc.
Domain:

Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows

Should have end to end understanding of the Subscriber and Signalling/SDM Solution in Telco Cloud

Should understand the Cloud environment and Knowledge of how Subscriber & Signalling solution/SDM Nodes can be deployed over cloud.

Should have expertise in installing upgrading integration different Subscriber and Signalling nodes.

Should be able to follow HLD / LLD for the S&S Nodes as per the Customer solutions.

Working knowledge on Subscriber & Signalling Nodes like -AAA One NDS SDL (Shared Data Layer) Registers (HLR/HSS UDM/AUSF) One-EIR SCP CSD STP U-DDRA NPCEIR etc.
Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end deployment upgrade and integration of Subscriber and Signalling/SDM/SDL nodes on Telco Cloud (4G/5G) platforms.

Own deployments across Bare Metal VNF and CNF environments ensuring stability and performance as per customer requirements.

Provide deep technical expertise in 4G/5G call flows signalling and subscriber data management during implementation and troubleshooting.

Independently analyse and resolve complex customer issues using logs alarms and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.

Work extensively on Linux and cloud platforms (VMware OpenStack OpenShift Docker/Containers) for deployment and operations support.

Review interpret and contribute to HLD/LLD for Subscriber and Signalling solutions aligned with customer network architecture.

Support system integration acceptance testing and cutover activities in live customer environments.

Act as a technical lead for small teams guiding junior engineers and reviewing their work during deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers providing technical leadership clear communication and status updates.
Relevant Experience

5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in the Subscriber & Signalling domain

Strong communication team-handling analytical and presentation skills

Mandatory Skills: Telecom 5G Wireless OAM SW.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
