Your Career 公共社会インフラ事業本部において日本の中央省庁国土交通省文部科学省およびその他の省庁関連外郭団体などを担当するSr. Named Account Managerとしてご活躍いただきます 日本政府のクラウドバイデフォルト原則やデジタル庁の設立に伴い中央省庁におけるセキュリティ対策はレガシーな環境から次世代のクラウドプラットフォームへと急速に移行しています本ポジションは単なる製品販売ではなく日本政府のサイバーセキュリティに関するTrusted Advisorとなりナショナルセキュリティ国の安全保障に直接貢献する社会的意義の非常に大きい役割を担います

Your Impact (主な業務内容)

• 戦略的アカウントマネジメント: 国土交通省文部科学省その他の省庁および外郭団体に対するアカウントプランの策定と実行
• CxO/キーマンとの関係構築: 顧客の課題と国の動向を深く理解し各省庁のキーマンCレベルやディレクター層を発掘アプローチし強固な信頼関係を構築する
• パートナー協業Co-sellingの推進: 公共セクターに強みを持つ主要SIerパートナーNEC富士通NTTグループなどと緊密に連携し大型案件の創出とクロージングをリードする
• プラットフォーム提案: 既存のネットワークセキュリティNGFWの拡張に加えSASECortexSOC変革Prisma Cloudなどの最新ソリューションを用いた価値提案を行う
• 社内リソースの最大化:
• システムエンジニアSEと1対1の強固なペアを組みマーケティングやカスタマーサクセスなどの社内クロスファンクショナルチームを巻き込んでプロジェクトを推進する

NAM for Central Government such as Ministry of Land Ministry of Education and other ministries and subsidiary organizations.

This position requires

• More than 5 years experience in Public Sector

• Deep knowledge of the way of Public Sector business

• Strong connections with the partners in Public Sector such as NEC Fujitsu NTT group and other.

• Knowledge of the Government of Japans cybersecurity policy

• 公共ビジネス特有の商流入札プロセス予算編成サイクルに関する深い理解と知識
• 公共セクターにおける主要パートナーNEC富士通NTTグループなどとの強力なコネクションおよび協業経験
• 日本政府のサイバーセキュリティ政策ガイドラインISMAPなどに関する知識と理解
• ITソリューションサイバーセキュリティネットワークまたはクラウドインフラの提案販売実績

• ハイタッチ営業としての優れたフットワークと顧客との接点訪問等を最大化できる行動力
• 社内外の多数のステークホルダーが関与する複雑で長期的なセールスサイクルをリーダーシップを持って最後まで推進できる力
• 既存の枠組みにとらわれずクラウドファースト時代に向けた新しい発想で顧客の変革DXを支援できる方
