Sr. IT Project ManagerのポジションQVC Internationalをサポートし特定プロジェクト専任ではなく大規模なIT変革をリードする 当社の重要IT 案件を横断的に担当しビジネス部門IT部門グローバルチーム外部ベンダーを巻き込みな がらプロジェクトを成功へ導く役割を担いますプロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクト メンバーを牽引推進していただきます

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり週に23回幕張オフィスでの勤務が必要です出社日は事前に決められており会社全体で統一されています

仕事内容

• Lead and drive large-scale IT projects including enterprise system modernization OMS related initiatives and cloud migration programs. Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee project execution from initiation to go live.
• Manage project budgets timelines risks issues and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with business teams IT teams global stakeholders and external vendors to align project objectives and outcomes.
• Lead system modernization and IT transformation initiatives that contribute to the organizations long-term strategic goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and support executive decision making.
• Drive organizational transformation through effective project governance and stakeholder management.

応募資格

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience leading system implementation system development or application development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to deployment and release.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Excellent communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and hands-on project management experience.
• Background as a software/development engineer or practical experience working for an SIer (System Integrator) or within a corporate IT department.
