主な業務内容What Youll Do:

自社サイトや EC モールサイトを中心としたオンラインショップの運営に関わる業務全般を担当
商品登録
商品説明文章作成商品情報記入素材原産国などのマスタ作成と画像などを登録
商品在庫管理
自社 EC サイトモールの特性に合わせた適切な在庫配置在庫調整商品ページモデルページの撮影なども想定
販売促進
お客様のニーズモールの特性に合わせた販売促進TOPICS 作成EC モールへの販促依頼自社サイトでの販売促進施策
の立案と実施メルマガアプリコンテンツの作成および配信商品訴求内容を考えてお客様へのご提案
広告運用
広告運用業務におけるクリエイティブ制作管理代理店さんとのコミュニケーションなど
お客様サポート対応
自社サイトEC モールのサポートセンターからのお問い合わせ対応他部署と連携してお客様のご要望を解決する
販売に関する付帯業務
商品の管理移動処理出荷等販売に付帯する業務全般を行う
