Solutions Architect

You will work with the various stakeholders including global tech team sales vendor/account management teams and other Amazon business partners to delight our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
Respond to customers technical inquiries via phone chat and email
Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers and drive customer communication during critical events
Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS/Amazon teams
Position based in Japan

Currently enrolled in a bachelor or higher degree or equivalent programs or graduated withing 2 years at the application
Business level or above in Japanese and English.
Problem-solving mind-set proactive issue resolution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
You are able to demonstrate curiosity and pro-activity which will allow you to gain greater autonomy in your assignment

Major in Computer Science Engineering
Interest in technology and problem solving: You are excited to leverage technology to solve problems.
Good Communicator: You are comfortable talking with all different kinds of people interests and walks of life. You write clearly listen well and use the right tone for the audience.
Self-Starter: You actively look for opportunities to improve and add value to your team and customers.
