Software Developer

We are looking for a hungry scrappy Software Developer who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build solve problems and move quickly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently solve technical problems and take ownership of development projects. You should be comfortable learning new technologies and finding practical solutions when there isnt an obvious answer.

Were especially interested in developers with startup experience who are motivated by building products solving real problems and making an impact.

• Build maintain and improve full-stack applications
• Develop and integrate front-end and back-end features
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Write clean maintainable and scalable code
• Take ownership of projects and features through implementation
• Learn new technologies tools and frameworks as needed
• Proactively identify and solve problems
• Adapt to changing priorities
• Collaborate with the team to improve product functionality and performance

• Strong experience as a Software Developer with full-stack experience
• Experience building and maintaining production applications
• Strong front-end and back-end development knowledge
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership

• Experience at a startup or fast-growing company
• Experience taking products from early development through launch
• Experience working in small lean engineering teams
• Experience with modern development frameworks and technologies
• Remote experience with distributed teams
• Demonstrated initiative beyond assigned responsibilities
