現場でのプロジェクト作業を計画予算契約要件に基づいて監督調整していただきます顧客やサプライヤーとの協議交渉にも参加しプロジェクトマネージャーと連携しながら進めていただくポジションです
業務内容
- プロジェクト実行における現場活動全般のマネジメント現場立ち上げ機械電気の設置監督試運転準備などを担当
- 現場での安全衛生OHS活動の管理改善
- 顧客サプライヤーとの契約内容に基づきプロジェクト成果物の品質と納期を確保
- 設置予算とプロジェクトマイルストーンに沿って現場活動を段階的に計画実行
- プロセスやツールを活用し現場の生産性向上を推進
- プロジェクト計画に基づき現場活動の記録報告を実施
- 現場で得た知見を活かしプロセスやツールの改善開発に貢献
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力及び日常会話レベルの英語力をお持ちの方
- 製造業界での設置モジュール機械分野プロジェクトまたはサイト管理における 5 年以上の経験
- 長期の出張に抵抗が無いこと
