Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

Prepares generates prints records and mails customer bills for services. Ensures that the automated billing system is operated and maintained in a manner that efficiently produces accurate bills. Prepares daily monthly and other periodic billing summary reports and financial statements. Maintains monitors and analyzes account records

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide customer service for assigned customer groups and product areas.

Analyze customer requirements goals and usage of existing products and implement defined solutions and strategies.

Troubleshoot and document specific customer issues (e.g. billing product application delivery quality etc.).

Conduct product and feature training for customers including new product release information.

Provide reports and updates on implementation status to customers.

Escalate customer process and product issues and questions appropriately.

Create update and maintain customer status and other management reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任

1.担当する顧客グループや製品分野に対してカスタマーサービスを提供する

顧客要件目標既存製品の利用状況を分析し定義されたソリューションや戦略を実施する

2. 特定の顧客課題例請求製品適用納品品質等をトラブルシュートし記録する

3. 顧客向けに製品や機能のトレーニングを実施し新製品リリース情報も含めて提供する

4. 顧客にレポートや導入状況の更新情報を提供する

5. 顧客プロセス製品に関する課題や質問を適切にエスカレーションする

6. 顧客状況やその他管理レポートを作成更新維持する
