Position Summary
Senior Sales Manager EMA Japan
Responsible for driving sales growth and business development of Bruker Electron Microscope Analyzer (EMA) products across Western Japan. The role focuses on managing OEM partnerships developing strategic customer relationships identifying new market opportunities and supporting sustainable business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for EMA products in Japan
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners key accounts and
strategic customers.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and
market segments.
-Execute sales strategies and territory plans to increase market share.
-Collaborate with application specialists and global teams to support customer success and business growth.
-Provide accurate sales forecasting pipeline management and business reporting.
-Represent Bruker at customer visits technical seminars exhibitions and industry events.
Key Qualifications for Senior Sales Manager
-Nearly 30 years of experience in EM analytical instrumentation sales.
-4 years of experience as Sales Manager
-Proven leadership in sales management coaching and forecasting.
-Strong OEM and channel partner management experience.
-Extensive knowledge of EDS EBSD WDS and XRF technologies.
-Demonstrated success in key account development and strategic business growth.
-Ability to lead teams while maintaining very high-level customer relationships.
-Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
