Senior Program Manager, Social Responsibility, WW Operations

Key job responsibilities
- Partner closely across all miles (First Mile Last Mile FC etc.) various partner functions (RME GES etc.) and WWSR to implement and build scalable mechanisms and programmatic approaches to drive compliance to Amazon supply chain standards
- Define RACI among business and partner/support teams (including procurement both GPO and non-GPO) in region for social responsibility-related work (audits remediation government engagement vendor engagement contracts on-boarding accountability)
- Define mechanisms and standard approaches across business functions to drive compliance to Amazons Supply Chain Standards
- Own coordination and tracking with business procurement and partner teams for managing remediation activities in your region including creation and maintenance of dashboards and other reporting tools for sharing progress toward remediation of risks
- Coordinate with in-business Social Responsibility PMs across other Ops regions to provide content and data for QBRs/other reporting mechanisms
- Partner with business teams to implement and deploy social responsibility standards across the business
- Participate in meetings related to compliance with Amazon supply chain standards to make connections and drive visibility across the business functions where similar work is occurring
- Partner with HRSI SMEs to work social responsibility and human rights training into Ops leadership on-boarding.
- Define BU-level goals related to social responsibility
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 5 years cross functional experience especially procurement social responsibility supply chain risk planning project management or customer/supplier management
- 5 years experience in cross-functional and international project management handling complex change initiatives
- 5 years experience working with a variety of internal stakeholders often with competing priorities
- Business level of English
- Masters degree
- Passion for Amazon and commitment to delighting customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong business acumen including strong problem solving and analytical skills and self-initiative
- Ability to identify and resolve issues independently- solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships interface communicate and influence at all levels of the organization

- Business level of Japanese
